Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent (Honourable Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal Chennai) dated 27.08.2014 in I.A. No.795 of 2014 in AIR (SA) No.374 of 2014 with regard to directing the petitioner herein to deposit Rs.34,70,239/- on or before 31.10.2014 and quash the same as illegal, unwarranted, excessive, ultra-vires and unperformable.
