Today when these Petitions are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that, it is only a show cause notice and the petitioner has also submitted her explanation before the first respondent. After submitting the explanation, she has filed these Writ Petitions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, these Writ Petitions are premature in nature, particularly when the explanation is pending before the first respondent. Hence, this Court is constrained to direct the first respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by providing an opportunity to the second respondent as well as necessary parties, if any.

4. These Writ Petitions are closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
