ORDER

By order dated 18.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.34577 of 2016 in W.P.No.40579 of 2016, this Court has directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioner who was appointed as Lab Assistant in C.S.I. Higher Secodary School, Kethi, Nilgiris District pending the writ petition.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
