2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 4 of the order dated 03.03.2023. The said para No.4 is to be replaced as follows:

"4. Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, the conditions 19(1) & (2) imposed as against the petitioner/accused is modified as follows and all other conditions remain unaltered.

"2. The four wheeler namely Nissan Datsun GO Plus bearing Regn.No.TN-99-H-3805 is ordered to be returned to the petitioner, by way of interim custody on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.2,00,000/- with two normal sureties each like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-3, Salem;

3. The Red Colour Mobile Phone namely iPhone 12 mini apple (IMEI No.353019116910145) is ordered to be returned to the petitioner , by way of interim custody, on condition that the

petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two normal sureties to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Salem".

3. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4363 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 19.04.2023 rri
