PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.301 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.301 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(b) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.301 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
