O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to pay the difference of salary and other consequential benefits

in the post of Junior Assistant from the date of regularisation w.e.f.12.03.1991 to 31.12.2006, under the revised pay scale for the post of Junior Assistant, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that in respect of all the orders passed by the University the benefits of revision of scale of pay and the difference of salary has not been settled in favour of the writ petitioner.

3.The learned counsel further contends that the writ petitioner is entitled for revised scale of pay and the consequential arrears of salary. In this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 07.11.2017 and the same is yet to be considered by the respondents. 4.In this view of the matter the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
