These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first appellant, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has no serious objection to allow these petitions.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
