In view of the fact that the Respondent/Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has issued a Memo No.2786/OTDB1/2008 dated 05.10.2015 whereby, the Petitioner was informed that he was selected to the post of Assistant (other than Law and Finance Department) in Secretariat in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service included in Combined Subordinate Services Examination-I, 2008 and joined duty in the said post on 16.09.2010 and further that he was directed to produce fresh No Objection Certificate on or before 30.10.2015 so as to obey the order of this Court in W.P.No.1391 of 2010 dated 15.07.2013, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
