2 P.RAJU, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdrawn the award amount deposit by the insurance company in the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal,principal District Court,Tiruppur in MCOP.No.526 of 2008 in (CMP No.6999 of 2017 IN CMA.2561/2016) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.TAMILRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.B.GOPALAN, Associates for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the claimant to permit him to withdraw the deposited amount lying to the credit of MCOP No.526 of 2008 on the file of Principal District Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learmed counsel for the petitioner, the claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and fifty thousand only) from the deposited amount, lying to the credit of MCOP No.526 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruppur.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
