ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of fair and final order dated 24.09.2014 passed in EA.No.113 of 2014 in EP.No.68 of 2008 in OS.No.70 of 1982 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh before the execution court, if he succeeds in the second appeal in SA.No.700 of 2011 on the file of this Court.
