2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, with regard to the further progress of the complaints is concerned, it is open to the Director of School Education to consider the same and to take appropriate decision, based on the report submitted by the concerned Chief Educational Officer as well as the District Educational Officer.
