ii) To stay all further proceedings in OS. No. 46/2001 on the file of District Munsif, Tiruttani (in MP.No.1 of 2013) pending disposal of the CRP(NPD).No.1336 of 2013.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Thursday, the Sixth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 25.08.2020 and 05.03.2021 and 30.07.2021 and letter dated 14.12.2021 and 04.12.2021 vide D.No.7822/A/2021 and D.No.506/2021 from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, and The District Munsif, Tiruttani, this court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

By an order dated 25.08.2020, this Court dismissed C.R.P.(NPD). No.1336 of 2013, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.46 of 2001, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.On earlier two occasions, the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, by the letters dated 17.12.2020 and 23.06.2021 addressed to the Registry sought extension of time to dispose of O.S.No.46 of 2001. This Court by the orders dated 05.03.2021 and 30.07.2021, on each occasion, granted three months time, to dispose of the said suit. 3.Again the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, by a letter to the Registry dated 14.12.2021 seeks further time to dispose of the suit on the ground that the counsels for the plaintiff and defendant have put up several petitions and hence the suit cannot be disposed of within the time frame fixed by this Court. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, further three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.46 of 2001, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 06/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
