This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of orders of this Court dated 12.01.2022 in W.P.No.417 of 2022.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.116, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 02.09.2023 has been issued. A copy of the same has been filed before this Court. This position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
