ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Complaining that the order of this Court dated 17.04.2015 passed in W.P.No. 11196 of 2015, whereunder, a direction was given to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal, was not considered within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ specified time, the instant contempt petition has been filed.
2. A reply affidavit dated 11th instant has been filed by the respondent herein stating that vide his letter dated 8th instant, the petitioner was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing on 21th instant and that the respondent is taking steps to dispose of the pending appeal.
3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of, granting further two weeks' time to comply with the order dated 17.04.2015 passed in W.P. No. 11196 of 2015.
