ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the employees of Pricol Limited and the premises of Pricol Limited pursuant to the complaint dated 15.05.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner claims to be a company alleged that some of the representatives of Trade Union called for strike and they are threatening the other employees of Pricol Limited, who are not attending the strike. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.05.2017 to the second and third respondent to give police protection and the said representation is still pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the view that it would be appropriate to direct the second and third respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2017.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2017 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
