JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The above appeals are directed against the common order dated 12.01.2010 made in O.P.Nos.106 & 114 of 2005.

2. On 12.01.2022, this Court, after perusing the records, appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice D.Murugesan (Retired) as Mediator to mediate and settle the issues.

3. When the above matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and first respondent

submitted that the mediation process was successful and the parties have entered into a memorandum of compromise on 07.02.2023.

4. In view of the above, both the appeals stand disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise dated 07.02.2023 shall form part of the decree. There will be no order as to costs.
