Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the para no.3 conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.713/2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 19632/2021 on 28/01/2022 on the file of the respondent police and to pass such or other appropriate orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ELAVARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.713 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19362 of 2021 by an order dated 28.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer as and when required, until further orders.
