ORDER

The order dated 20.4.2015, made in W.P.No.11278 of 2015, was challenged by Mr.N.Manoj - a third party, by filing W.A.No.111 of 2016, and a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 1.2.2016, has directed the third respondent therein viz. the Revenue Tahsildar, Attur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Division, Attur, Salem District, to issue notice to the said

individual viz. appellant therein, and thereafter, decide the issue within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. It is represented that the copy of the said judgment was received on 8.2.2016, and necessary steps are being taken by the concerned official to pass orders.

2.In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed and if the petitioners are aggrieved by any act of the official respondent in not complying with the order passed by the Division Bench in the above said writ appeal, they are always at liberty to work out their remedies in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
