ORDER
When the writ petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement on the writ petition to that effect. Permissions is accorded.
In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
