Respondents - - - - - A report has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator accepting the fact that the Ex Directors of the Company under Liquidation have filed the statement of affairs, but her only grievance is that the Statement of Affairs has been filed belatedly.

2. The Ex-Directors of the Company under Liquidation have given reasons for the belated filing of the Statement of Affairs, which is acceptable to this Court.

3. Since the Statement of Affairs has been filed and sufficient cause has been shown by the Ex-Directors of the Company under Liquidation for not filing the statement of affairs on time, this Court is disposing of Comp. A. No.665 of 2018 by recording the fact that the Ex-Directors of the Company under Liquidation have filed Statement of Affairs and they have also shown sufficient cause for not filing the statement of affairs on time.
