Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.674 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19528 of 2020 by the order dated 27.01.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.GOPIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

19528 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 120(b) read with 420 of IPC and Section 66-C and 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2008, in Crime No.304 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court dated 10.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
