This petition has been filed to substitute the 10th to 13th proposed petitioners as petitioners in the place of the deceased 2nd petitioner, i.e.Karuppaih, in the main writ petition.

2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the causetitle and post the matter after two weeks.
