The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2011. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that in pursuance to the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.12.2011, enquiry has been conducted and closed by directing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority since the amount involved is more than Rs.48 lakhs.
