ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/first defendant against the dismissal of his application in I.A.No.377 of 2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal, dated 19.07.2013.

2. The petitioner herein had filed an application in I.A.No.377 of 2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2013 on the file of the Princiapl District Judge, Namakkal, under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC, to set aisde the exparte decree passed against him on 19.07.2013 in the said suit. The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, by the order dated 21.08.2014 had dismissed the said application. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner/first defendant has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. As per the direction of this Court by the order dated 05.11.2020, the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, sent a report vide D.No.5547/OS/2020, dated 27.11.2020. In the said report, he has stated that the suit in O.S.No.116 of 2013 was dismissed for default on 10.06.2015. Hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revison petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid fact, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
