(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this public interest litigation seeking direction to the respondents to complete the Anganwadi building in Nagathamman Koil Street, Thirumullaivoyal, Tiruvallur District, within a specified time. 2.It appears that the construction has been stopped abruptly by the contractor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 submitted that the contractor is likely to resume the work as he was sick and further submitted that the construction will be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The aforesaid statement is recorded and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
