This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondent.

Upon considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit in support of these petitions, this Court is of the considered view that it is just and necessary to allow these miscellaneous petitions. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
