This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1012 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgement dated 19.02.2021 made in Special Calender Case No.5 of 2018 by the Court of Sessions Judge of Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
