Crl.M.P.No.3293 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28741 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28741 of 2023, dated 02.01.2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of ten days from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28741 of 2023 vide order dated 02.01.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
