ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] It is represented that challenging the order of contempt, a Special Leave Petition has been preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the same has been entertained and interim orders are in operation.

2. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present and depending upon the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law for revival of this Contempt Petition.
