BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, AMMAPET POLICE STATION, SALEM (CRIME NO. 333 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble court by order dated 29.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No. 12327 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 17786 of 2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.MOULI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17786 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
