ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondent in proceeding under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act against the petitioner, pursuant to the surcharge notice Na.Ka.No.422/2016/Ka (2), dated 14.10.2016 without furnishing the copies of the documents required by the petitioner in his representation, dated 18.11.2016.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Co-Operative) would submit that all the documents as required by the petitioner in his representation, dated 18.11.2016 has been given to the petitioner. 3. Recording the statement, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
