ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 20.08.2024 passed in ID. No.6/2022, 8/2022 and 4/2022 by the Labour Court, Vellore and further direct the respondent Management to reinstate the petitioners in service.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter was settled between the parties. To that effect, a joint compromise memo has also been filed before this Court dated 09.04.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
