ORDER

Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the contemnor are present before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that, with a view to give opportunity to other interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ persons, enquiry was conducted by the respondent on

21.08.2015. It is further submitted that the final enquiry / hearing is posted on 05.09.2015 and the respondent / contemnor will pass final order after the hearing is completed.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader based on instructions is placed on record. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed, by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent, on 05.09.2015 and the respondent shall pass final orders within a period of ten days from the date of completion of the enquiry.
