This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to call for the records and quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.2 of 2015 dated 03.01.2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is almost completed and also received a report from Forensic Science Department. 3.Therefore, at this stage, the FIR cannot be quashed. However, the first respondent is directed to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tiruvannamalai.
