This application has been filed to raise the attachment.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the matter has been settled and full satisfaction has been recorded in the execution proceedings. Hence, prayed for raising the attachment Ordered by this Court.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent.

4. Having regard to the fact that the execution proceedings has been terminated, the Order of attachment has to be raised and this application is Ordered accordingly.

5. The Registry is directed to communicate the Order of raising the attachment to the concerned Registrar.
