ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order of return dated 21.01.2022 made in C.M.P.Sr.No.8808 of 2021 in C.M.P.No.1768 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Avinashi and to number the application and decide the same on merits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court by order dated 11.03.2022 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on 15.03.2022 at 10.00am and petitioner had appeared before them and that a case has been registered in Crime No.147 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is not pressing this application. Recording the same, the petition stands closed and the respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is Closed.
