Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings vide No.T1/TNPCB/ F002519/SHRC/ Complaint/2018-1, dated 21.03.2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to restore power supply to the Petitioner's M/s. Sri Angala Parameshwari Silk Twisting Factory, situated in SF No.714 of Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and permit the Petitioner to run the Unit for next two years.

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Affidavit to that effect.
