ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report within a stipulated period in Crime No.684 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number under sections 294(b), 324,506(ii) IPC & 307 IPC, r/w 3 of PPD Act on 17.10.2013, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
