This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore Crl.O.P.No.18586 of 2021 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 19.01.2023 and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the same is ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the Criminal Original Petition after two weeks for final hearing.
