Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.

DHANARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In the light of absence of exemplified particulars and details regarding possible alienation, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw captioned CMP and makes a request that the right of the petitioner to take out a CMP with similar / same prayer after setting out greater details with clarity and specificity may be preserved.

2. Permitted to withdraw and CMP dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
