ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein namely the Inspector of Police, B-3 Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kancheepuram District to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.487 of 2013 before the concerned court within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.K.Blau, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.487 of 2013 before the respondent.

4. The respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.
