Mr.K.S.Jeyaganeshan, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that the suit in OS.No.193 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Erode was disposed of on 06.08.2018 and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
2. This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the orders passed in I.A.No.82 of 2012 in O.S.No.193 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Erode.
3. Since the main suit itself is disposed of on 06.08.2018, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
