The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to set aside the order and decretal order dated 17.06.2013, passed in I.A.No.11470 of 2011 in I.A.No.6428 of 2008 in O.S.No.1627 of 2001 by the learned II Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 12.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter came to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
