When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the order has been duly complied with and that the petitioners have to come and collect the cheque for gratuity amount and the same is always ready in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ office of the respondent.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioners are directed to collect the cheque from the respondent during working days. Liberty is given to him to work out his remedy, if there is any difference in calculation of amount.
