O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a case based on the information report dated 23.03.2015, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the petitioner had applied for TADCO loan and that the Branch Manager had initially refused and thereafter it was sanctioned, but not actually disbursed. The petitioner has also alleged that the Bank Manager had abused her by caste name.

4. On a complete reading of the complaint, this Court finds that this dispute is essentially with regard to the petitioner and the Bank Manager and therefore it is not a fit case to issue directions to the Police for registering a FIR. Hence this petition is dismissed.
