Alleging that the respondent has disobeyed the order dated 11 February 2015 passed in W.P.No.3367 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition. 2.In compliance of our direction made on 11 February 2015 in W.P.No.3367 of 2015, whereunder, we have directed the respondent herein to consider the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 30 December 2014 in accordance with law and on its own

merits, the Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation has examined the representation and expressed his inability to take action for removal of the alleged encroachment on account of pendency of a civil suit in O.S.No.1767 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore. 3.In that view of the matter, the order rendered by us is complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
