These petitions have been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as Special Court for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, instead of Metropolitan Magistrate for Land Grabbing cases Court No.II, Allikulam, Chennai, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7385 of 2023 dated 12.01.2024 and to extend the time limit for complying with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.7385 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 12.01.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 20.03.2024.
