Respondents Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to announce/delineate a timeline for submitting copies of Election Manifestos by the Political Parties and for scrutinizing them and passing final orders on the Election Manifestos taking the assistance of the 3rd respondent, in line with the objective of the Instructions at Sl.No.113 & 114 of the Compendium of Model Code of Conduct while issuing the election notification itself and publicize the order sin print and electronic media to create awareness among the voters.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is too late in the day for the present petition to be entertained for the purpose of the ensuing elections to the State Assembly scheduled to be held on April 06, 2021.
2. However, the petitioner's representation made to the Election Commission on January 28, 2021 may be taken into consideration after the completion of the present assembly elections and a speaking order be communicated to the petitioner within two months of the results of the assembly elections being declared.
3. W.P.No.5609 of 2021 is disposed of. There will no order as to costs.
