The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the respondents, being the State represented by Director, Department of Employment and Training/R1 and Regional Joint Director, Department of Employment and Training/R2 to dispose representation dated 01.12.2022.

2.The prayer therein is for the settlement of training cost quantified at a sum of Rs.13,14,000/- relating to the years 2017-2019, 2018-2020, 2019-2021, 2020-2022 2021-2023 and 2022-2024. 3.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, who appears for the respondents accedes to the receipt of the representation as well as the fact that the same is pending till date.

4.Hence, mandamus is issued to R1 to hear the petitioner and pass orders on representation dated 01.12.2022, in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
