This First Appeal has been preferred questioning a judgment and decree dated 02.11.2019 in O.S.No.6152 of 2011 on the file of the IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The appellant is the plaintiff. It is stated in the petition now filed seeking to accept the cause title namely, to permit the legal heirs of the plaintiff to prosecute the appeal further owing to the fact that the plaintiff had died on 04.09.2020, after the judgment and decree had been passed.
